Solved EA Harp Fusion with IO Harp Question

    I have an Elite Arbiter's Harp and I want to fuse it with another Harp. I have been told that I should fuse with a Harp that has 9% Attack Speed.

    Elite Arbiter's Harp already has 9% cast speed and with an IO Harp I was told by fusing both I can get 18% Attack Speed.

    So I am asking, is that fusion possible? If NOT, please give me the best alternative to fuse with for PvP.

    I'm pretty sure the attack speeds won't stack. elite arbiter harp gives 9% attack speed, you would want to fuse it with a casting speed. The best fuse with an elite arbiter harp would be a arbiter harp. If you can't get your hands on one you can try fusing your elite harp with a custo harp.
