EA PARTS MISSING WHEN GOT DC. T^T HELP PLEASE (A BIG PROBLEM for ME)

Good Day,

So Im here now Looking for Help , Some of my EA Chain Parts are Missing when i got disconnected (Yesterday August 13, 2016 around 10pm to 11pm Philippines Time)
Before i Got DC im sure that my EA Items in is my Warehouse and its Complete , i never move it ,trade it , give , throw or discard it ..
Then 20 mins before the disconnection , i throw some Pet Foods , (Im sure its the pet food Im serious) ...

When the Disconnection Happen , i back as soon as I can . when i get back i go some pvp with my legion mates , then when i check my items in the ware house , ive been like speechless/shocked because my 2 PARTS of EA CHAIN is missing (EA Chain Pants and Boots) .. So I refresh my cubes in ware house , check my different character ware house and relog many times but its still no there .

I really really promise that I dont recall Trading the Some parts or throwing it or giving it to someone ...
or did someone take it , stole it . what happen i really dont know . uhuhuhuhu T^T
Please help me T^T , I really work hard to get my items ... Please .
