    Go to Gelkmaros, Inggison, Silentera Canyon, Sarpan, Tiamaranta, Katalam, Danaria or Idian Depths, kill mobs and sell the armor/weapon/accessory items to a NPC until you reach the daily kinah limit. I guess.
