eclipse/Resplendent weapons?

Hey guys... i have been away from the game for 15-days or so and i suddenly come back and see many people in chat trading eclipse and resplendent weapons..
i tried to ask around but no one was answering, i googled it. i found out that there's supposed to be a NPC in Katalam that sells those weapons (Officer Distributor Heraenia) but i can't find it anywhere.
So... i thought i should ask in here: "where can i buy these weapons?"

You can't buy these items in-game. It's disabled.
The players who have resplendent/eclipse weapons got it from the Dragon Days event which was hosted some time ago. The only way to get a hand on those items now is by trade.

hmm.. i see.. i did take part in raids at the time but i never really noticed what was the reward..
Ithought it was for Tiamat weapons and armor or something like that... well, thanks for the replies anyway.
