    The real issue is that the NPC might be shown at said spot according to that link (which is correct) however, he does move e very 15 minutes to any of the camps (Maybe not in a specific order either).

    I'll check to see if he is in fact there in world, if not, I'll rectify the issue.

    Open the map, and use the search thing, type the name and it will show the actual location. It works fine for meh.

    it's shabby, but the below map shows green X's that show where each offering monster is that you need to defeat. (PS. They do respawn after a time , I believe 10mins)
