[Edit] (Fixed) 'Herb Brewer' in Florin area can't be interacted

[Edit] Sorry for being noob, My inventory was full and caused that. I have free up some slots and it has been solved.

'Herb Brewer' in Florin area can't be interacted​

Bug Description:

These 'Herb Brewers' can't be interacted.
I have tried to change character, change servers, forfeit quests and take them again, re-login..
However, the problem still persist. It becomes unable to proceed the quest 'Herb Village' and 'A Weird Town, Florin'​
