Elementes Forest Tuali

Is Tuali have some kind of problem? We are about to kill him but suddenly he heal himself and then again when his life is about half, he heal himself again, me and my friends have gone crazy about whats happening, is this some kind of bug or what, Raksang instance also have some issues, 3 Raksang appear, and then no loot at all even if first and last hit is VIP. If its bug,how can we do instances?

 

I don't know about raksang, but tuali is working just fine.

You need a sm to dispel him when he's trying to heal himself...

Tuali has a bugged reset range, if you move around too much he will reset and go back to full hp. I suggest getting a templar to stand still and tank him, when he goes overload make sure the clerics pop sages wisdom and the templar goes into barracade. Raksang is a tad buggy at the moment but isn't a primary concern, the multi dragon spawn has been there since the instance started, I don't think they agro though. I'm not sure if only 1 drops or all drop, but I was pretty sure it was only one.
