    Bug Name:
    Elixir of Seal - underwater breathing​
    Bug Description:
    Elixir of Seal (http://bddatabase.net/us/item/694/) / Agile Seal Elixir (http://bddatabase.net/us/item/695/)
    didn't give the +10/+15 underwater breathing instead decreased it
    Gem/Food not tested    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Using Dadadum try to dive/submerge with elixir of seal : last for about 1min
    without elixir : about 1min30sec


    edit : fixed by relogin while under the buff, sorry for that    ​
