Bug Description:

Unable to craft this Elixir. I was going to ask why it was removed from this server. Originally, this was available when I first started playing this server. Someone told me due to "Sasin Clan Guild", these pots were removed from the game. Is there any chance it will be re-enabled now that these so called hackers are gone? Or is this just a bug in general? If this is not a bug, I wanted to propose this be re-introduced with some adjustments if possible. I am a valkyrie main who uses this elixir as a counter measure. I don't see how it's "abusable". Unless you guys are only going with Retail's coding. I hope this server will bring it back. Thank you for reading.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I simply did the recipe. 1 Tyrant Blood, 4 Black Stone Powder, 5 Birch Sap, & 7 Dry Mane Grass​
