    i posted one earlier but i guess not enough evidence.
    hes in Skeleton candy or in the skeleton form when u talk to the obelisk for the "Archon of Storms" elyos quest. Attacking peoples who has their shops opened.

    Not really sure what to do with this one. Did you try whispering the the guy asking him to stop and telling him he was killing his own faction, etc etc? You blurred out your chat boxes (for some reason, fishy).

    Either way, I'll keep an eye out for this guy but there Isn't much I can do.

    It looks like he updated to 2.0 and needs downgraded to 1.9, need a superiors decision on what to do with this.
