ELYOS FLIGHT ABUSER (heiron)

Hi , I am tired already I can't ****ing rank my templar , I am stuck at rank 2 and lost almost 50k ap in 1 day only from "The Flying Elyos".

Here are two screenshots of 3 people abusing it. Please do something about the flight , MAKE THEM NOT BE ABLE TO FLY IN HEIRON TOWN OR BELUSLAN TOWN! They should use the morheim portal to abyss if they want to. Or make them fall if they enter a no-fly zone.
