email change

Hi all


pls how i can change email of my game account? On forum account i change email, but i cant find it for game account --- and it ISNT same!

 

There is no way to change the e-mail you've used to create your in-game account.

 

huh,,,,so what i must do when my account was hacked and i want to continue on my account,,,,but i can change pass because account is on my old email which i lost before 1 year....

on forum account i have new email normaly,,but not have it on game account

 

If your Gamez' account got hack and would still want to continue playing with that same account, you could change your password on the main website and confirm it on the e-mail you've used to create that account.

Now here's the problem, you lost/forgot which e-mail you've used to create your Gamez account. Normally this is out of Gamez' jurisdiction but you could maybe try asking a Senior AM to check it for you which e-mail you've used to create that account but you'll have to prove them that you are the legitimate owner of the account.

 

Alente is Senior AM? i can promise that iam, because i can show him my new email it not has big different (from old i only forgot pass)...its 2-3 years from my account reged

But what I mentioned above isn't going to work if you also forgot the password of the e-mail you've used to create your Gamez account. If this is the case, there's no saving it then.

By the way, you have to create a new account, get vip on the old one and trade to your new account all your items.

 

Arieluma.... on my old account is vip, but no items lol (all my characters deleted - bcs i was hacked)
