Solved EMAIL Change

I need help with resetting my email on my account (the game one from gamez). I made my account over 3 years ago and I didn't use that email for a long time and now it got disabled. They are asking me to use my old phone number which I no longer have access to in order to activate the email again.


EDIT I want to mention that I did not purchase the account and I can provide proof for every purchase as it was made using my Bank Card/PayPal with my name attached to it.
