Email Problem

It's been week's that I've been waiting for my account in AION to be change but it's still there. I just want to know if you can really help me or not. I'm not saying that I cannot wait I just want to replace it that's all. Because someone is using my account but I don't know who is using it. Please help me with this. This game is been with my Friends for 4 years.. Thanks..

 

It was changed already. Also make sure you secure your account with PIN.

 

It's still need request change. I'm like a fool always posting thread.. I think you only choose people to help. My set is gone because of deactivation of email account somebody use my account and trade my items. I only need to change my Email but you can't help me. But it's ok. Have a nice game to you all. T_T

 

same problem, i submitted the application for change email before (didnt know its broken that time) after puddles wiped out the application i needed to reapply but i cant since it still sees that i already applied for one. i already pmed puddles but im not getting any response after the security question and pin part. maybe this can be handled by different admin since puddles seems busy.
