    +13 is the maximum enchantment for shep weapons? if not, how to make them +15?

    Maximum level enchantment for Shepherd is up to +13 only. Before, it was due to a bug that players were able to enchant it higher than the supposed level. Now, that bug is fixed.

    Yes it is.

    There's no way to make it +15. Now if you would ask why there are some +15 shepherd weapons in circulation, well when we first updated the server to 4.0, it was in fact, possible to enchant them to +15 in where it is said to be a bug and now it is fixed so you can only enchant it up to +13.
