enchating bug or problem??

    anyone else have this problem im enchanting fenris plate get it to +14 it fails and goes all the way back to +10

    iv never had this problem before it should only go back 1 level not 3

    From 1-10 just down 1 lvl
    From 10-14 down to 10.
