Enhanced Vell Preventing item copy​

Bug Description:

Enhanced vell's heart does not allow me to copy items to another character, prompt says items have already been copied, but they have not.
Removing vells heart allows items to be copied normally.
We should be able to copy vells heart, only non rechargeable alchemy stones cant be copied, like spirit stones.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Enhance vells heart with khan and try to copy it.

Its not a bug, on that version its right rule.
