[Enhancing] Silver Embroidered Clothes

I have been unable to document this but it has happened which is the only reason I am not posting this in Bug report.
I have tried 10 times at 30%-40% for success to gain a simple +1 Clothes and have failed 10 times in a row, now I am well aware of the terribly unrandom nature of our Random Number Generator (RNG) but statistically speaking that should be extremely unlikely, which leads me to believe that the enhancement of this particular category of items is bugged when it comes to enhancing them.

 

It is hard to enhance those but i got mine after the 3rd try with high stacks tho

 

My point exactly, since the start Enchancing probability of these is on 30% (or it was when I tried), I will make a second try in Calpheon City instead of Heidel City. This time I will document the events
