Enraged Mastarius resets/loses aggro after using shield skill​

Bug Description:

Enraged Mastarius skill Empyrean Avatar skill was not working properly. This skill is supposed to put a shield on the boss, and after the timer goes down, kill everyone in range. After some time the skill started to not work as intended. The boss ended up using the skill too early and losing aggro/resetting and healing before we could engage the boss again. Made us unable to clear this boss. ​
