error? 0x000007b

When attempting to launch the game z launcher a freind of mine gets this error error? 0x000007b Any idea how to fix it. He's played before and after thecrash a few days ago he has been unable to join again

 

haha... No Awnsers on this one.. if you wan't more info let me know. I'l gdet him to post in here.. But he said the laincher wont even pop up.. just that error box.

 

tell me that u have transfer your hard disk to an other pc..

this is an error about windows software,from transfer hdd or upgrade downgrade etc

try the follow cause you dont say any info,what windows he has,if he upgrade to 7 from xp etc or what he has try to do

run as admin the .exe
run as admin the nclaucher and repair the client,after apply the patch
move(dont delete)the system.ovr to desktop and run the game to force it create new one

 

No, he downloaded the ncsoft version and then the launcher off the gamez website... ihe was playing it before but now get,s that error when launching the launcher.

btw he has reinstalled it already
