I already do that download items.pak and copy to data/items but it all the same same error

Maybe its something related to the bin32 folder. The best solution for that is to repair your client.

This is actually one of the most generic Aion errors and can be triggered by so many different things. In most cases it relates to file mismatches in the client. The question I would be asking here is whether he got this error even before he started messing with the items.pak. And as @Kessie pointed out, using the version for 64bit systems on a 32bit OS tends to be a common reason.

Lowering resolution lowers hardware strain which can cause the client to load when it would have otherwise crashed. The reason why the 64bit items.pak crashes for 32bit people is because the XML files grew way out of proportion over time as more and more items got released. It can't handle decompression and loading, especially with 32bit limitations. That's why the 32bit version split it up across 2 locations so it doesn't try load everything at the same time.
