Hi, how do I resolve the subjected error?

Just a quick check list:
1. Did you copy GamezBD game-version into another BDO-game version? If yes then you have to reinstall from a fresh folder and keep the GamezBD version apart from others. Also do not put launcher into the game folder, keep them apart as well.
2. Check to see if you have "Run as Admin." both launcher and game-file, as well as set an exception in firewall and anti-virus for whole game folder.
3. Try installing the VC_installer in the "redist"-folder inside the gamefolder.
4. Then there always the delete username\documents\BDO-folder option (remember to backup screenshots and other stuff you want to keep), and run a file-check from the launcher.

As an added precaution it is always a good idea to keep a copy of the game somewhere else, just in case something happens and you feel the need to reinstall, then you just need to copy instead of having to redownload it all over again.
