    whenever i try to start the game it gives me the following error and asks to close the game. i have already given it all exceptions from antivirus and firewall but still doesn't solve the issue.

    It clearly says that your Windows version isn't being supported, if you run the Windows update maybe it will solve the problem, otherwise it might be that you are running a version that isn't supported altogether.

    I am currently running windows 10 pro (x64) that is completely up to date so i don't see the issue. Do i need to re-download the whole windows?
