Bug Name:

ERROR CODE: 030100000120 can’t find running client. Try start game again​

Bug Description:

when I start the game it takes longer than usual on the smart guard lounch screen
Then it closes and the first message comes (can’t find running client. Try start game again). When I click ok, GamezBD Louncher opens again, and after a few minutes the error message appears.

Steps taken to try to fix the problem:
I made sure that the game folder was selected in the louncher
I reinstalled the game in another folder
Checked if there is any virus by checking Windows defender
I checked the Windows system files for fauts
I changed the DNS to Google's DNS (in the modem settings)
restarted the modem for a new IP route
I tried to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C +
Made sure that the game directory has no files d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll or dsound.dll​

How to reproduce/proof:

I have a printout of all the error steps.​
