error code: 0xC0000005

I'm getting an error code while starting the game (not from a Launcher because Launcher doesnt let me click "START" and has grey button, same with EU/NA pole) from the "bin64" folder and then -> BlackDesert64.exe file. Someone had similar problem with this? Please help...

 

Do you have BitDefender running? If so, search for its "Advanced Protection" and turn off.
Any other AV running may have the same type of security, try the same if that's the case.
Perhaps you may want to deactivate your AV since you already should have Windows Defender and Firewall running.

 

That's not the solution to my problem unfortunately. I did turn it off and nothing has changed at all. Same problem appears again and again.

 

Have you tried to uninstall? I have seen some cases that the game would only run after uninstalling BitDefender, only turning off the option wouldn't solve the problem.
