Error Code: 0xC0000145

Hey when I start the game I get a popup saying, "The game could not start", and in the debug window I get the following text error.

[02:42:54] Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
[02:42:54] Game terminated with error code: 0xC0000145

My game worked fine on the last client, I think it was 795. So I believe this is a new issue. I also have all my firewalls and anti virus turned off and have tried running as admin and various compatibility modes.

i have the same issue after install in a new Windows have noclue yet

 

Yeah I still have no solution, mine also stopped working after i updated windows, but it was not a fresh install.
