Error Error and Error

I'm desperately trying to update to 2.004 but I get some freaking error everytime :
Error Code: 58 (FileGroupApplicationErrorRollbackNotAttempted):

Errors occurred while applying the patch,

and a rollback was not attempted.

The product is likely in an inconsistent state and should be repaired or reinstalled.

The patch application errors are as follows:

Error Code: 57 (ErrorRepairingTargetFile):

File could not be repaired: C:\Programme\NCsoft\Aion\bin32\CryPhysics.dll.

Followed by this : Access to the path is denied.

Well acces denied comes first when I just try to update it , when I try to repair the client the first couple of errors pop up.
