ERROR "failed to connect"

    I have played for about 8-10 hours today and when i got to the quest "in search of the missing soldier" all mobs have disappeared. I tried to closed the game but it did't close. i used task manager to end game and reopen game.
    i entered the game and same problem. i closed the game and reopen to see a error that says
    I have no clue what to do now, pls help. ty

    It was the server down problem. ty
