    Good morning, I wanted to consult this problem, since I can't even enter the launcher. I already have the antivirus and W defender, deactivated.

    Perhaps a run-through of the most common problems? Check the link in my signature.

    Run as Admin., but mainly the 3rd party Anti-viruses. However, it might be something like Core-Isolation in the Security settings. Otherwise you'd have to redownload the launcher: https://gamezbd.net/
