Error Message; Cannot connect to authorization server

I wasn't sure where to post this problem, so please excuse if this is the wrong forum. I attempted to update my client, without success. So I uninstalled both the NCLauncher and the GamezAion Launcher. I reinstalled both, then when I tried to sign in to the game, I recieved an error message saying, "cannot connect to the authorization server." Thinking that there must have been a problem with the download, I uninstalled both, and reinstalled them again. After approximately 24 hours of downloading and installing, I just tried to sign in again. The same message appears. I am at a loss. I've repaired the client (2.7.0.0.0), and reinstalled the GamezAion 2.7 Launcher. I've double checked and the location is correct- NA. I've disabled the user account controls as suggested by someone in the forum. Can someone help me please? Thank you.

PS Im running Windows Vista XP
