Error Occured

IM getting this error that crashes my game over and over every 20-30min and ive check my files and i have it all and never has done this before and now im getting this from the recent update that was just added... I would like to continue playing the game but if this happens to me over and over then im going to say No more.. Private server is probably the best compared to Retail server..

 

That error is usually caused by mousing over the gamezbd icon in the tray. I have also had the error from closing another game completely unrelated to it while gamez is minimized to tray. It is easily fixed by rebooting your pc. Also, avoid the gamezbd icon in tray and use the bdo icon instead.

 

i also have another question.. So i have my account that i cant log into beucase of some Password Recovery issues on Gmail.. would it be fine to request a Email change. since im locked out of my account.. ive tried alot to get it running and so far nothing... i can give you the email on my GamezBDO account and also what i was using for password.. UserName :al*****on and email is cl*******d95@*****com i have no acces to it and was wondering if i could just ask for this one time change that is all..

i have contacted him 5 days ago and no reply... i know you guys have your priority at the head of working at BDO but when it comes to something like this and i ended up spending cash towards the Private server and this issue im having with my account email.. well i would say i pretty much em SOL atm but ive been putting hours and hours into the server and have played enough time to enjoy the Private server instead of the Retail version. ive saved more money on the Private server compared to the Retail server and have brought people over from my clan on retail to your guys Private server to enjoy the time we have had many days and hopefully months and years..Like i said before i cant retrieve my email even by doing the account retrieval questions and other sorts that is why im coming to your guys..
