Error opening the launcher

I am having the following error when opening the launcher for the second time, "error en la inicializacion del sistema de configuración", in English it would be something like "error in the initialization of the configuration system", when I try to reinstall the launcher, it works but only the first time, if after that, I close and open the launcher again, I get the error again

Have you already set your game folder as exception on Firewall, Windows Defender and any antivirus you might have? If you did, navigate to the following destinations and delete all in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO
C:\ProgramData\SmartGuard

If you're unable to find these folders, try enabling hidden files on your computer.
