Error Processing Transaction

Hello, I've tried to donate to get game cash but every time I do I get an error message. I've tried using both payop and digiseller and every time I try to finalize the transaction, I'm taken back to my gamez account summary page and it says ERROR next to the transaction. I've just contacted my bank and they've told me that nothing is coming through, I'm not flagged for fraud or anything so they tell me it's on being denied on their end.
