Error while donating..no credits and money is gone

    hi i was donating the other day and i went through the proccess after i verified by visa i was prompted with: this transaction can not be proccessed with this credits card. but the money was still taken from my bank account but still no credits help From an admin or someone who has had this happen plz get back to me soon.:andy:
