Error with gamez aion launcher

    everytime i click start a error message pops out saying

    system.componentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified at system.Diagnostics.Process.startWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) .....................................................................

    can anybody help me with this?

    I already have installed .net framework and directx9
    I run a Win XP sp2
    2 gb RAM
