Error: "You have been disconnected from the server" why???????????? Server down????

I can't connect in server, in login screen this error "you have been disconnected from the server", server down? or what? please need suport!!! my client 3.5.0.6 and i have new launcher, everything is correct.



Edit: solved!!! My ping reduction program was blocking the launcher gamezaion

 

i have this same problem but i dont use any other program, can anyone help? OS:Win7 64b

 

Try running launcher as administrator, right click and run as administrator. Make sure you have some latency reduction program (that was my case, just reinstalled and activated the program again), finally after all you should check your anti-virus program that may be blocking any program that uses internet connection, depending on the anti-virus is only necessary to put Aion as exclusion or allow it to pass through the firewall, uninstall and reinstall the launcher (uninstall to remove the restriction of the firewall) ..... furthermore there is no other issue that might generate this error.

- Programs and ping latency
- Installation Error launcher (always install as administrator)
