Escort Dailies Issue

    i noticed when doing daily escort quests, some npcs move slower here compared to retail.

    i know that some escort npcs(looking at you porter escort quests), move slower. But the usual npcs that usually moves fast, are terribly slow like they are moving at porter's speed.

    Is it intended or is it bugged?
