Essencetapping Problem!!!!!!!!

    I have 7 characters, and none of them can gather. I can gather aether, but no ground gather-ables. Most are at lvl 1 in essencetapping, all lvl 55. When I try to gather it says "You must learn the collection skill to start gathering", even on lvl 1 items... Someone help...

    go altgard/verteron go outside there are lv 1 gatherables, if it not works go to panda/sanctum crafting area and talk to essenstrapping master PRESS LEARN BUTTON , if it not works PM ME I GOT any gatherable :D
