If I was no longer able to enjoy life because of whatever medical situation I may be in.. I would want someone to pull the plug.

I refuse to live my life while I suffer more and more everyday. There comes a time where you can only move downhill.

I work in a vet hospital, and we tell our clients that they should only think about doing this for their pets when they feel that their pet is no longer able to enjoy life. Of course it's different to make a decision between a pet, and a human life, but the concept is the same. It's always hard. :(

Doctors illegally do it. Its well known, so why not make it legal now. Everyone has the right to end his life whenever he/ she wants to do so if there is no way back to normal life.

That reminds me of the pain that my grandpa suffered for 3 years.
So he had an accident, a motorcycle hit him 3 years ago, and for one year he couldn't move, he couldn't walk, he couldn't even talk.
After that, he got better for a while, he talked to us, he was finally able to make some steps again, but he wasn't the same as before.
So, the situation got worse and worse, leading him to two more years of pain and suffering, which included the same things as he went through after the accident. He couldn't walk, my grandma helped him move from one place to another, he rarely spoke, and when he did he said a couple of words. And, he died, some months ago.
He was really healthy before that accident and this made him lose his energy and everything.

So I've thought of it many times. Wouldn it be better if he actually died on that accident.. Than having to suffer for 3 whole years, without being able to walk and talk?
About euthanasia, I don't know, most of you might say he was old and he needed it and stuff, but I'm sure my grandma would be amazingly sad if she had to do this to him. Having spent so many years with him, she wouldn't want it, and since I know her well, she always kept hoping that he would improve and that she would talk to him again like the old times and stuff.

Oh dear, I should stop typing that, it got me all sad o.o

Everyone should have the right to decide how to live, and to end his/her life. My father cant walk, he has a chronic disease, but he has been living his life the best he could. I ll happily gve my legs for him but is not posible. He always says that when he is unable to move anymore he wants to end his life... As his son, even if it scar me for life i ll do it, because is the last thing i ll be able to for him....
No matter what people think of me, i love my family, but you have to let them go when they ask for it.
Its their right to do so.

When we talk about people that cant make that choice... I dnt know, cant venture to answer that because its a personal judgement.

One should have complete control over his life. So 3 times yes.
