Evade-able? Resistable? Sure-hit? Shared cooldown?

    I am having trouble considering my stigma builds...and I have to do it for all 8 characters (all 8 classes covered).

    My problem:
    Given a skill, say, Stigma Skill X, I can't tell if this skill is:
    A) resistable by MR?
    B) evade-able by EVA?
    C) there's another non-stigma skill out there (say, Skill Y) which actually sharing the same cooldown.

    For problem A) and B), example:
    Gladiator's [Ankle Snare I] stigma skill. I can't tell whether it is a physical/magical skill, since it doesn't do damage.
    If it is a physical skill, maybe it can be evaded by enemy with high EVA?
    If it is a magical skill, maybe it can be resisted by enemy with high MR?
    How do you know?

    For problem C), example:
    Cleric's skill [Slashing Wind] and [Hallowed Strike].
    Whenever you use [Slashing Wind], BOTH [Slashing Wind] and [Hallowed Strike] will actually become disable and go into cooling-down state. Which mean, I cannot use [Hallowed Strike] right after I use [Slashing Wind].
    Now, how do I tell whether some stigma skill is sharing cooldown with other normal skills?
    I don't want to waste using a stigma, only to later found out that I can't use it whenever I want it...


    Is there a website/guide with detail list, which tell me:
    A) whether this skill is evade-able?
    B) whether this skill is resistable?
    C) whether this skill is sharing the same cooldown with other skill?

    Please help an Aion newbie out!

    Bumping-bumpitee-bump...

    Interesting...Aion has existed for how long? The questions that I ask, I think is VERY important, otherwise how people can make decision on their builds on retail? They need to buy Skill Books AND Stigma...if they have no such info, they will have to waste a lot of resource to test and find out...

    Well I can tell you this, Ankle snare is affected by magical accuracy, so whatever that tells you.

    Thanks. But how about other skills? Is there a list/guide/website? I need to know the skill details for all 8 classes =( trying to plan out all my builds.

    Stigma Flame cage is not a real skill, all of them are resistable by MR AND Doom lure can be evaded.

    Ok...guess I'll have to ask my question one skill at a time...

    Someone please tell me if the following skills are resistable, and if yes, resist by EVA or MR?

    Gladiator
    Howl I
    Stigma Flame Cage I

    Templar
    Doom Lure I
    Terrible Howl I
    Divine Justice IV
    Magic Smash IV

    Assassin
    Agony Rune II
    Explosive Burst II
    Signet Silence I
    Blinding Burst I

    Ranger
    All Trap Skills -> resistable? sure-hit? debuffs sure-apply? if resistable, resist by eva/mr?
    Sleep Arrow I
    Blinding Burst I

    For cleric/chanter/sorcerer/spiritmaster, automatically assumes all damage is magical, all resistable by MR.
    Is this correct? Or is there any exception (such as irresistable, sure-hit skills)?

    What do you mean by "not a real skill"? I never know there's real skill, and even fake ones...
    By "Doom Lure can be evaded", you mean it depends on your ACC and enemy's EVA?

    Flame cage, doesnt exist in the glads build. dunno why it appers as a glad skill.

    Howl its no evadeble, but maybe it can be resited.
    Ankle snare its resitable, cause its depends on mag acc and the mag res from the enemy.
