② In light of having reopened, Patrigio is offering a special 50% discount by slashing energy costs to view his wares to 25!

③ The NPC Patrigio is located in many regions, such as Velia, Heidel, Calpheon, Altinova etc. You can find his exact location by typing his name on the magnifying lens near your mini map.
