[Event] Amass the Power of the Lost Dragon Seals​

Bug Description:

Currently Leon, the Dragon Scholar, is missing from Heidel City. If there is anyother way to meet him and exchange the seals, please let us know. Event is still Open, but no Exchange NPC.​

The last I checked, event has ended. Event NPC was spotted at Channel 1 before event ended and NPC was extended for a week just for players to exchange their dragon seals. I still have few pieces of dragon seals left so had been keeping a lookout till date. Let's hope NPC appears again for the very last chance to exchange the balance dragon seals.
