Solved Event BUG!! Unable to log in character

I cant log in to my main character.. last time it was stucked was when i joined the rescue the prisoner event,, I got stucked and now i cant log in to that char,, pls help!!!! Thanks

 

If you can log in with any other character from the same account, log in with one, then type: .fix and your bugged character's name.
For example, if your bugged toon was Kessie, you would have to type .fix Kessie (with a capital first letter).

Try it and let us know if it worked!

I can log in with my other char. I already did what you suggest. But it's still the same. When I log in with the bugged char, the game restarts.

Did you restart your client completely? If so, only a server reboot can solve this issue as that would mean your character is hardstuck.

No. Just close your Aion client completely and restart if you haven't done yet.

I already did what you said. I shut completely the aion client and try to re log in.

 

Can you specify what server reboot sir? I'm playing in an internet cafe. Should i asked them to reboot the server?

 

Server reboot means when admins restart the Gamez servers. It happens randomly, every other day, sometimes over a week, in other words, unscheduled. Your character is unfortunately hardstuck, meaning that AM/SAMs cannot help you any more and only after the server is restarted will you be able to play on that character again. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but there is nothing we can do if the unstuck by our SAM didn't help.

 

Thanks sir. But what if I cant log.in with the character after the server reboot? Is there a chance that I will loose all that I work hard for? I'm also expecting rewards, will it still be delivered on my char?

 

It's a very rare case when a character stays stuck even after a reboot. If such happens, only the admins can help it, but it's most likely not going to happen to your toon so don't worry yourself with such throughts please.
