EVENT BUG.

Dear Staff!
Ok, If the staff doesn't do anything i will leave too! First: bugs, bugs everywhere. Second: My mithril medals all disappeard (from all of my account. i haved over 350 on just with 1 char... think about it.) what i bring in 2-3 years. Yes, i'm an old player here, but now i'm rly fcking angry (sorry but its true. REALLY TRUE) AND when my old account been hacked and somebody take off some valuable gear (special the Veille gear) staff doesn't do anything, when i haved print screen my gear, and the "dear" member admitted, he was this asshole, who looted the items, staff doesnt do anything AGAIN. Third: Event ALWAYS bugged. Now my partner killed me. (lol yea sounds, its so much fun, but its ANNOYING) Im always be rooted (ankle snare, Gms can't dispell it. We try it.) can't move all the time, sometimes can't ress too. Today the 2v2 event was 3v1 (thank you so much!!) And dont say to me "just auto group" THE FCKING EVENT NAME IS 2V2 AND NOT 3V1. I hope you understand the reason for nervousness. ectect... That's not "enjoy the game!", that's hopeless to play!!!!! I'm upset!!!!! I'm sorry if I'm rude, but I've had enough.

I was in a group when i entered and the cleric left so the group disbanded for me, could still see messages but hey, who can resist another 24k ap huh?

 

take a chill pill brother. take ur own advice and leave.. stop playing for a week or two, who knows when u come back the bugs are fixed. besides, the update was just recent so being an old player u should know there will be bugs. its just a game, dont let it frustrate u ; )

The issue with Mithril medals is well know and currently under investigation, we are sorry but there is not much we can do about it right now.
About your account, you have to remember our server's policy. Your account is your responsibility, we can not do anything if you don't keep your informations safe. Visiting unsafe websites, sharing your account informations and using a weak combination of ID and PW is the easiest way to lose your items. However, if you give us any evidence of this player admitting about having scammed your account, we'll certainly take a look at it.
We will not be able to refund your items but we will also not tolerate anyone openly admitting such deeds.

As for the bugs in the battleground events, you need to realize that none of the battlegrounds are made by ncsoft, but written by our developers. Mistakes happen and not everything works perfectly when it comes to custom content. However, we are constantly working on making them better and fixing any possible issues.

 

When i tell it to the staff (that thing, i haved PS about it) i've got that answer "don't care, we still can't do anything" So it's weird.
