   Event horses and goblins are only spawn after each maintenance​

   These two events.
   After each maintenance, these two events objects can be seen everywhere on the big map, but they only exist for 1 hour.
   After it disappears, it will not spawn until the next maintenance.​

   Just after maintance they all spawned , after it they become random spawn.
