[Event] to vell's realm not showing up​

Bug Description:

Hi, I followed a chain of quest starting with [Event] noisy shore to get the "Ship License: Old Bartali Sailboat" but the only quest that didn't show up was [EVENT] To Vell´s Realm. Hoping someone has a solution or know how I can start it over cause I cant se it listed in the quest log, please and thank you.

Also followed this video as I was doing it but every video I saw follows the exact same way its just "to vell's realm" that doesn't show for me.

So if u finsihed it then you cant take old bartali boat. Its family shared quest.
