    [Event] Wish Lantern​
    Bug Description:
    The quest currently available on retail to get a bundle for 50-100 of each of Sharp Black Crystal Shard, Hard Black Crystal Shard, Cron Stones, Caphras Stones and Memory Fragments is given by the black spirit.
    However the NPC is not found at the navigation point given by the quest, or at the position she is on retail servers.    ​

    Wish lantern its only 1 day event, so Lara come to Velia only 1st january on few hours.
