[EXC] Better Armor (Helmet) quest​

Bug Description:

I got the quest, I got the Dobart Helmet to level 5 and I talk with Dobart about the better Armor (the options aren't greyed out, I have the +5 Helmet in my inventory) but the quest doesn't complete when I choose an option to talk about. I meet all of the requirements and I've tried forfeiting and accepting the quest a few times. Nothing happens when speaking with Dobart about new armor piece while the +5 dobart is sitting in my inventory​

How to reproduce/proof:

its seem retail version have this issue too... but they already fixed it​
