Exchange season gear to Boss gear

    Hello,

    I wanted to convert my Tuvala PEN gloves into Boss gloves after I had finished the season.
    I was able to give the blacksmith the coupon, but not the gloves.
    The gloves are converted, 100% repaired and all magic crystals have been removed beforehand.
    I tried to accept the quest again, but unfortunately without success.

    I hope someone can help me
