Solved Expert Essencetapping Ring Disappeared

Good day- I am currently doing the expert essencetapping quest, however when i clicked on the ring Sabatos gave me to equip it, it disappeared from inventory and is not equipped. I cannot complete this quest without it. Please advise how i can get this ring back or return the ring to my inventory. Many thanks.

 

I reached out to Admin to investigate. Personally, I haven't reached that level yet, but can you check if you have the option to abandon the quest so you can attempt to redo the interaction with the NPC?

 

I just checked your character and I see you have not one but two Expert Essencetapping Rings in your inventory. Check again.

I reviewed the quest, and it seems to be working fine. In your case, you can simply abandon the quest and start over to acquire a new ring. I'm guessing your inventory was full when you attempted to wear the ring which resulted in it disappearing.
